Pine & Palmetto Printing Co. – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 9, 2025

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing all services provided by Pine & Palmetto Printing Co., including general printing services and submissions for the Bee Connected Community Mailer. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Pine & Palmetto Printing Co.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Submission of an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payments are securely processed through GoDaddy. By using our payment system, you agree to GoDaddy's terms and conditions.
• Delays or failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

3. Customer Content

• You are responsible for ensuring all submitted content (text, images, layout, design) is error-free and compliant with applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to refuse content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property.

4. Proofing and Approval

• For custom orders designed by Pine & Palmetto Printing Co.:
    - You will receive two digital proofs at no extra charge.
     - The first proof allows you to review the design and request corrections.
     - The second proof will reflect your corrections and is for your final review and approval prior to printing.
• If you submit your own print-ready file:
    - You are entitled to one free proof before printing to verify that your file was received correctly and formatted as expected.
• In all cases, it is your responsibility to carefully review the proof(s) for content, design, and accuracy.
• Approval of the final proof is considered your confirmation to proceed with production. No further changes or cancellations can be made once this approval is given, and all sales are final.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Reprints

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Reprints are only issued for errors caused by Pine & Palmetto Printing Co.; customer errors in submitted files or approved proofs are not eligible for reprints or refunds.
• To request a reprint or report a defect/error, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging if a return is approved. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of return.
• Shipping for returns will be covered by us only if the error was ours. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for damages from missed deadlines, misprints due to customer-provided errors, or indirect/consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected order.

1. Authorization & Representation

• By submitting an advertisement, you confirm you are authorized and legally entitled to represent the business and approve the use of all information and materials.

2. Ad Placement & Payment Policy

• Ad space is not reserved until payment is received. Submissions are waitlisted until payment is processed via the provided payment link.
• Ads are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and timely submission; if an ad misses a deadline, it will move to the next mailer.

3. Content Approval & Compliance

• All advertisements must comply with local, state, and federal laws and with our standards/community guidelines.
• We reserve the right to reject, modify, or request edits to non-compliant ads. Rejected ads receive a full refund.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Once an ad is approved and payment is processed, no refunds are issued unless the ad is declined by us.
• Cancellation requests after payment must be made in writing and are considered case-by-case.

5. Liability & Indemnification

• The submitting business assumes full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and content of the ad.
• By submitting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pine & Palmetto Printing Co. (Bee Connected) from any claims relating to your ad.

6. Use of Ads and Images for Promotional Purposes

• By submitting an ad or image, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display it on our website, social media, and for promotional/informational purposes.
• To restrict usage, you must notify us in writing at submission.

1. Intellectual Property

• You warrant all content submitted does not infringe third-party rights.
• We may use printed samples for promotion unless requested otherwise in writing.

2. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.

3. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting online or via direct notice.
