The Bee Connected Community Spotlight is a local initiative we created utilizing Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) campaigns to strengthen connections between small businesses, nonprofits, and the communities they serve.
Each edition features a curated collection of non-competing small businesses and a non-profit showcased on a bold, beautifully designed mailer delivered to thousands of homes. By collaborating with local businesses, we provide an affordable way to stand out—while also donating a free ad space to a nonprofit in each spotlight. It’s how we turn print into a tool for supporting small businesses, spotlighting nonprofits, and building stronger communities.

Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Lyons, Colorado, is a nonprofit dedicated to caring for orphaned, injured, and sick wildlife from North of Pueblo to the Wyoming border. Since 1982, they have treated thousands of animals annually, aiming to rehabilitate and release them back into their natural habitats.
Donations are crucial, funding medical care, food, and habitat enrichment for the animals, as well as community outreach programs. Volunteers play a vital role by assisting with animal care tasks such as feeding and habitat preparation.
