Thank you for choosing Pine & Palmetto Printing Co. Please review our return policy below to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Custom Orders
- Custom printed items are usually non-returnable unless there is a print defect, error, or damage upon arrival.
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- Print proofs will be sent for your approval prior to printing. Once approved, all sales are final.
- Custom printed items that meet the approved specifications cannot be returned or refunded.
Bee Connected Community Spotlight and Mailers
- All sales for Bee Connected Community Spotlight and mailer services are final.
- A proof will be provided for your approval to confirm all details are correct before printing. Once approved, no changes or returns can be made.
Filing a Return or Refund
- To file a return or refund request, please contact us at pine.palmettoprintingco@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- You must submit photos clearly showing the packaging and the product condition.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.
- If an error or defect is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, Pine & Palmetto Printing Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
